Handyman Services

We treat your home as our own and have been since 2002.

At Home Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. we are committed to offering you the best home maintenance available and have been for over 15 years. Our main goals is to meet all your needs and we offer 3 different maintenance packages in order to do so. We provide quality services and reasonable rates. You can sign up for 3 months at one time or, as a bonus, sign up for 12 months and get 1 month free (if paid in full for the year). If for any reason you use all of your time for the month, more time can be purchased for an additional $45 per hour.

Payment plans are available, please call for details. All labor costs are covered with the monthly plan, however, any and all materials that are required are the responsibility of the customer and not covered with he monthly maintenance plan. Additional jobs can be negotiated to fit you specific needs. We can also provide lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, plumbing, heating and cooling, and remodeling (bathroom, basement, kitchen, etc.).

SILVER PACKAGE
$90 MONTHLY

2 jobs per month for a total of 2 hours

  • Cleaning Gutters
  • Fixing Windows
  • Fixing Screens
  • Fixing Minor Plumbing Leaks

  • Replacing Light Bulbs
  • Unplug Sinks (not main drain)
  • Change/Replace Furnace Filter

$115 MONTHLY

2 jobs per month for a total of 2 hours
